Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 allowed
Pet rent starts at $25 for one pet and $50 for two pets. The pet deposit is $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets, and the one-time fee is $150 per pet.

Monthly Pet Rent: $25
Pet Deposit: $300
One-time Pet Fee: $150 per pet

We do not have a weight limit! Please keep in mind that breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier and any dog mixed with any restricted breed are not permitted, or any mix that includes any of these breeds.
